Rate Card (April 2026) 

Effective from April 1st, 2026.

All prices are listed in GBP (£). VAT included.

Studio Services

Recording Session: £60 day rate.

Standard rate for any consecutive five-hour session during working hours (1000-1800). 

Out-of-Hours Recording: £12 per hour

Standard hourly rate for recording sessions outside working hours. Subject to availability. 

Mixing: £25 per track

Includes 1 revision. Delivered in WAV + MP3 formats. Additional revisions charged. 

Mastering: £25 per track

Includes 1 revision. Delivered in WAV + MP3 formats. Additional revisions charged. 

Live Services

Live Mixing: £125 day rate

Standard rate for any consecutive eight hour live event during working hours (0900-2300).

Out-of-Hours Event: £20 per hour

Standard hourly rate for live events outside working hours. Subject to availability.

Additional Hours: £20 per hour

Hourly rate if event timings enter unreasonable hours (23:00-09:00).

Administrative Fees for Releases

Basic Release: £12.50 for singles (1 track), £20 for albums (2 or more tracks)

Digital Release only.

Standard Release: £25

Digital, Vinyl and CD Release.

Complex Release: £30 + surcharge

Digital, Vinyl and CD Release. Surcharge quoted on request for additional services (e.g., batch pressing, or non-standard format, such as cassette).

Admin time exceeding reasonable limits may be charged at £8.25 per hour. 

Additional Services

Extra Revisions (Mix/Master): £12 per revision

Applies after included revision is used.

File Preparation for Distribution: Included in admin fee

Additional charges may apply for reformatting.

Performer Release Form Handling: £12 per form + surcharge

Preparation and coordination with signatories. Surcharge quoted on request based on longevity of release form handling.

Damaged Equipment: Surcharge where applicable

Charged when equipment is returned damaged beyond repair or is lost. The fee corresponds to the current market value or cost of purchasing an equivalent replacement item.

Payment Terms

• A holding deposit of 50% the total charge will be required.

• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late submissions of assets may delay release timelines and incur additional charges.
