OH-002: GURU

Emerging from the halls of Warwick's media department, Guru is the first single from indie rock singer-songwriter Ruscoe's upcoming debut album: "Two Shepherds".

Recorded in his bedroom, this single is the first of many going towards his dissertation.

About the song, Ruscoe writes: "I came about writing it through the opening tale of a Guru and his disciple mentioned in the book The Afterlife Experiments by Gary E Schwartz, a heavy inspiration on the contents within Two Shepherds."

"I'm determined to honour the ones I love and loved through my music. My passion lies in curating love and abundance for anyone to share and connect with", he continues. "I’m also trying to answer the question of ‘how music can ‘help’ or benefit the processing of emotions’ and this album is a big piece of that puzzle."
